"The library isn’t just for reading and studying anymore. Case in point: The Dunham Public Library is preparing for its first Wii Tournament on Saturday. The event, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the library’s community room, welcomes students from ages 8 to 15 to come out and show off their videogame skills. Participating students will compete against each other in the “Mario Kart” game for a chance to win rental passes for movies in the library."

"Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing was released this week (or will be in certain parts of the world), and instead of holding simply a release event for that one game, there will be events for several racing games. To start off, there will be a Mario Kart Wii Tournament this Sunday, February 28th. This will be followed by an Excitebike: World Rally tournament on Saturday, March 6th. Lastly, the Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing tournament will be held the following day. To participate in the Mario Kart Wii event, simply post here. The number of rounds will depend on the number of entries."
